Ordering Information

St. Teresa Youth Group and Westside Catholic Youth Group are hosting the 30TH annual Spring Flower Sale Fundraiser!

Order early as some items may have low stock and availability is not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT ORDERING AND PICKUP INFORMATION

ORDERING NOTE: Tropicals, Ferns, Scented Geraniums and Gerber Daisies can be ordered until April 6. All other products can be ordered until April 13 at 10:00 PM. Order early to ensure you receive the product you need for your garden.

  1. Online ordering is available at www.stteresaflowersale.com
  2. You may email your order to flowersale@wscatholic.org– please put your name in the subject line. Your order will be entered online and you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. Paper forms are available in St. Teresa School, the St. Teresa parish office, in church, or by request.
  4. Paper orders can be turned in at the St. Teresa Church office located at 1175 Overlook Avenue.

PICKUP / DELIVERY / PAYMENT

  1. PICKUP: You will be sent an email to pre-schedule your pickup time beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 26 in the church parking lot. Some Friday pick up will be available.
  2. DELIVERY: Delivery is available for a $20 service fee on all orders in zip codes 45205, 45233, 45238, 45239, and 45248.  Deliveries will be made on Tuesday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 23 so please plan accordingly.
  3. We appreciate pre-payment on all deliveries (online ordering is best).
  4. PAYMENT: Payment can be made online by credit card, including a credit card processing fee, or choose to pay at pick up via cash or check made out to “St. Teresa .”

ORDER FULFILMENT

  1. Please note that some stock is limited and that containers may look different. We suggest you place your order early to try to avoid stock issues. We will do our best to fulfill your entire order based on grower availability.  If stock is not available, we will substitute as best we can. You are not obligated to take substitutes. Thank you!
  2. A limited amount of flowers will be available for purchase as “Open Stock” on April 26.
